In the process of the continuous development of information society and economic globalization, the development trend of the die and mould industry is mainly that the die and mould products are developing towards larger, more precise, more complex and more economical. With the continuous improvement of product technology content, die production is developing towards informatization, digitalization, no-drawing, refinement and automation; die and mould enterprises are developing towards technology integration, equipment refinement, product branding, management informationization and internationalization.
To develop goals
Based on the national output value of 60 billion yuan in 2005, according to the annual average growth rate of 12%-15% during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period and about 10% during 2010-2020, the total target is: estimated at 12% annual average growth rate, estimated at about 100 billion yuan in 2010 and about 260 billion yuan in 2020. According to the average annual growth rate of 15%, it is estimated that in 2010, about 120 billion yuan, and in 2020, about 310 billion yuan. Through the efforts of the 11th Five-Year Plan, China's mould level will enter the ranks of the advanced level in Asia by 2010, and after 10 years'efforts, it will basically reach the international level by 2020, making China not only a big country of mould production, but also a powerful country of mould production and manufacturing in the world. Several specific objectives for 2010:
(1) The precision of the die reaches (+0.001 mm) and the production cycle of the die is about 30% shorter than that of now.
(2) The numerical control rate of machine tools and the application rate of CAD/CAM technology are twice as high as those of today.
(3) The backbone enterprises basically realize information management and pass ISO9000 and other quality management system certification.
(4) The proportion of high-level dies should be greatly increased. The proportion of large, precise, complex and other high-tech high-end dies has increased from about 30% at present to 40% in 2010 and more than 50% in 2020.
(5) The domestic market share of domestic die and mould is less than 80% at present, which will reach 85% in 2010 and 90% in 2020.
(6) The target of mould export is 1 billion US dollars in 2010 and 2.5-3 billion US dollars in 2020.
(7) It is necessary to expand the variety of standard parts of dies and dies, improve their accuracy, improve the concentration of production and realize large-scale production. The coverage rate of standard die parts increased from about 45% at present to 60% in 2010 and over 70% in 2020.
(8) The degree of commercialization of moulds has reached 55% in 2010 and 65% in 2020 from about 45% at present.
Developing Key Products
1. The stamping die of automobile panel die accounts for more than 40% of the total die. The automobile panel die is mainly used for automobile, including for agricultural vehicles, construction machinery and agricultural machinery. It is very representative in stamping dies. Most of the dies are large and medium-sized, with complex structure and high technical requirements. Especially for automobile panel dies, higher requirements, it can represent the level of stamping die. This kind of mould has a certain technical foundation in our country, and has been matched with mid-grade cars, but the level is not high, the ability is insufficient, and the current satisfaction rate is only about half. Dies for cover parts of medium and high-grade cars are mainly imported, which costs hundreds of millions of dollars every year. The low level of automobile panel die, insufficient capacity and long production cycle have become the bottleneck of automobile development, greatly affecting the development of automobile models. In the future, the most important thing is the panel dies for medium and high-grade cars. By 2010, the automobile panel dies of middle and high-grade cars and below can be fully self-equipped. By 2020, all automobile panel dies should be basically based on domestic matching except for some special high-grade cars.
2. Precision stamping die multi-position progressive die and precision stamping die represent the development direction of stamping die, with high precision and life requirements. They are mainly used for electronic information industry, automobile, instrument, motor and electrical appliances. These two kinds of moulds have a good foundation in China, and have imported foreign technology and equipment. The products produced by individual enterprises have reached the world level, but most enterprises still have a big gap, the total quantity is in short supply and demand, and imports more. For ultra-large scale integrated circuits, lead frames with lead pins above 100 and clearances below 0.2 mm, precision micro-connectors above 5 mm, micro motor core below 1.6 mm, and precision dies with picture tubes and electronic guns are the most important parts of development. Large multi-position progressive dies for automotive panels and other large and medium stamping parts should also be developed with emphasis.
3. Large and precise plastic moulds account for nearly 40% of the total moulds, and the proportion is increasing. Large injection moulds for automobiles and household appliances, precision plastic encapsulation moulds for integrated circuits, multi-layer, multi-cavity, multi-material and multi-color precision injection moulds for electronic information industry, machinery and packaging, extrusion moulds, pipes and sprinkler moulds for new building materials and water-saving agriculture At present, although there is a considerable technological foundation and is developing rapidly, there is still a big gap between the technology level and foreign countries, and the total amount is in short supply and demand. We should import hundreds of millions of dollars a year and focus on development during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period.
4. At present, the main standard parts of dies and moulds with large production in China are mainly mould frame, guide parts, push rod, elastic elements, etc., but the quality is poor and the variety scale is small. These products not only meet a large number of domestic needs, but also have good export prospects. They should continue to develop vigorously. Nitrogen cylinder and hot runner components have not been manufactured by regular professional factories in China so far. They mainly rely on imports. They should be improved on the basis of existing standards, and large-scale production should be organized.
5. Other high-tech dies account for nearly 8% of the total diecasting dies.
