Overview:
Due to increased production needs, our customers turn to us for prototype/low volume production plastic mold tooling to replace vacuum cast parts.
An aluminum tool was built in two weeks for the production of PC/ABS T85 parts. The first sample part is approved and then goes into production at the end of the required lead time.
Tool‐grade aluminum has a lifespan of up to 20,000 cycles.
